Permits Wherever You Live

Palm Beach County has dozens of municipalities, and many homes with a town’s mailing address are actually in unincorporated Palm Beach County. That decides which building department issues your pool permit. We check your parcel, prepare the engineering, file with the right office and schedule the inspections. A typical new build takes under 3 months from dig to swim.
